:Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years focused on Zscaler solutions or similar cloud-based security platforms.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Zscaler architecture, features, and functionalities. Experience with advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of ZIA and ZPA.
• Networking Knowledge: Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and VPN technologies.
• Security Expertise: Familiarity with network security principles, firewall configurations, and threat management.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+, or similar are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Scripting: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and reporting purposes.
• Project Management: Experience managing projects or initiatives related to network security or cloud technologies.
• Experience working in a Managed and Professional Services team

#LI-RB1Requirements:Position Overview:As a Zscaler Engineer, you will be responsible for the advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of Zscaler solutions within enterprise environments. You will work closely with customers IT and security teams to ensure the seamless operation of Zscaler deployments, address complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of network security infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Zscaler security solutions, including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access).
• Configuration and Optimization: Manage and optimize Zscaler configurations to ensure alignment with best practices and organizational requirements. This includes tuning policies, updating configurations, and optimizing performance.
• Incident Management: Respond to high-priority incidents involving Zscaler products, working to quickly identify the root cause and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, providing guidance and escalation support as needed. Collaborate with network and security teams to integrate Zscaler solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Zscaler updates and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing security posture and operational efficiency.
• Project Involvement: Participate in the planning and implementation of new Zscaler features and upgrades. Support various projects and initiatives related to network security and optimization.
