- This position will also cut across internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, technology and business and in the process will work on media outreach.

Driving the PR agency :
- Develop annual communication plan aligned with organisations strategic plan, strategies and create go-to market plans for each quarter across active markets, design and develop content tool-kit based on brand pillars, pitch and coordinate media FAMs across markets, ensure the itineraries reflect the key brand pillars.
- Develop a communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Managing the agency relationships
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Responsible for managing stakeholder communication internally
- This role involves influencing peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and communication goals assigned
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Ability to take ownership and high work ethics
- High energy and result oriented.
Profile :
- Experience of PR in start-up/mobile Handset or tech industries in a leading Indian/ International Org.
- 8+ years of experience
- Excellent communication
- Proven track record in leading PR functions at hyper growth start-ups will be a key.
- Previous experience into crisis management will also be helpful
- Writing/ editorial skills
- Edu- PG in Mass Communication/ MBA
