Job Description

Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly of his deputed team.


Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve assigned area targets and projected growth.


Analyze and control expenditures of assigned area to conform to budgetary requirements


Assist marketing group in launch & implementation of marketing/brand activities.


Assist sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.


Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales


Review and analyze sales performances against plans, and to determine effectiveness


Close monitoring of the competitor's activities and preparing observation reports in order to facilitate the RBM/ Brand Team to compete with competition


Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of zone


Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship


Market review of new products and services


Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes


Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors


Job Location: Mumbai


Experience: - 14-15 years


Qualification: - Any Graduate/Post Graduate


Preferred profiles from: Beauty/ wellness/ FMCG
