Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented North Zone Sales Manager to lead and expand our Adult Diaper sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to grow market share, managing the regional sales team, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Market Expansion:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Adult Diapers in the North Zone.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Ensure alignment of regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, train, and mentor the regional sales team to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through regular reviews and feedback.
• Organize sales training programs to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Address customer needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct regular market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to enhance product visibility and demand.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and 5 years above as manager, with a strong focus on healthcare products. Experience in Adult Diaper or hygiene products is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Other:
• Willingness to travel extensively within the North Zone.
