:o Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Retail loan products and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
o Facilitate the development of new network/channel relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
o Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
o Facilitate the development of a robust business plan so as to improve the disbursal patterns
o Ensure high quality Customer Service and good portfolio quality
o Execute all the sales planning and oversee target allocation for their respective zones.
o Optimize team productivity by effectively leading the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area
o Define the sourcing funnel and align with the team to create a network of DSA / Direct Sales
o Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
o Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills
o Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
o Ensure a strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
o Maintain discipline and adherence to processes as per company's policies, procedures and prepare reports as per company designed system.
o Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.Qualification Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
