The Zonal Sales Manager in the real estate industry will oversee and manage sales operations within a designated zone, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the growth of the company's market share. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned zone.
• Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the zone.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and builders.
• Develop and execute plans to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
• Sales Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and reports.
• Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and customers.
