Terra Agro Biotech : Zonal Manager For territories (additional experience preferred for \xe2\x80\x93 Gujarat, Himachal, Madhya Pradesh) Headquarter \xe2\x80\x93 Hisar/Chandigarh/Jaipur Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee all sales and development aspects within specified area. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordination and management of other team members. \xef\x82\xb7 Reporting to head office, on a specified basis. Key Skills Required - \xef\x82\xb7 Have handled a team of 20+, should be excellent in team coordination and follow up. \xef\x82\xb7 Should have handled an Asset under Management of 10 cr and above. \xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to travel minimum 20 days in a month. \xef\x82\xb7 Should have adequate knowledge of cropping pattern and agricultural trends. Additional Skills - \xef\x82\xb7 Should be competent in creating projections/planning for sales and distribution \xef\x82\xb7 Field development (should have worked progressively for field development activities, generating demands at base level). \xef\x82\xb7 Should have adequate knowledge about Organic Fertilizers & pesticides. \xef\x82\xb7 Should have adequate knowledge about Channel development (dealer / distributor Model \xe2\x80\x93should have appointed/managed distributors/dealers in each of the aforementioned states). \xef\x82\xb7 Adequately equipped with computer skills (Presentation, Word, Excel, E-mail, etc) budgeting, sales plan and other necessary documents. \xef\x82\xb7 Updated with latest trends in fertilizer market. \xef\x82\xb7 Should have adequately knowledge about impact assessment of fertilizer usage. \xef\x82\xb7 Preferably worked with Govt. Organisations. \xef\x82\xb7 Should have decent experience of logistics, warehouse, and operations. \xef\x82\xb7 Should be adept in creating own team. Educational Requirements: MSc /BSc (agriculture). Experience: 7 or more years Benefits and Compensation: 8-10 Lakhs PA
