Job Description


Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the designated zone.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the team, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ensure team compliance.
Promotional Activities:
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, including product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
Budget Management:
  • Manage the sales budget for the zone, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation
