Job Description


Key job responsibilities:Business Growth:
Own & execute company\'s ground retail strategy for prepaid & FOD product into assigned

  • geographical spread
  • Responsible to achieve zonal retail targets in terms of key measurable metrics of revenue, tonnage,
  • yields & gross margin etc.
  • Introduce company\'s ground retail products into micro clusters in line with competitive landscape and price
  • positioning of geographical area
  • Identify and develop potential areas of growth within existing channel partner team as well new
  • potential markets
  • Drive sales KPIs to build robust sales pipeline for profitable business growth through
  • daily/weekly/monthly review mechanism
  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects,
  • competitive activity, new trends etc.
  • Monitor service level gaps to ensure timely action & retention of existing base
  • Process Development & Training:
  • Align & collaborate with zonal cross functional teams to develop various processes required to grow

  • Share competitive practices among key stakeholders to align existing processes in line with customer

Take initiative and align with project team to ensure right processes are built and implemented in aLeadership:
  • Lead a team of regional retail cluster managers of assigned zone
  • Be a mentor and inspire team to go over and above to deliver exceptional results
  • Promote brand strength at every touch point with internal & external stakeholders
  • Build and encourage culture of innovative ideas among team for continuous improvement
  • Initiate and collaborate with zonal functional & business teams & act as one team

  • Conduct continuous product training to internal and external stakeholders as well as channel teams

  • Reporting structure:
  • Functional: Head Ground Retail Business - Mumbai
  • Administrative: Zonal business heads
We are looking for candidates experienced into Retail sales in Logistics industry. B2B Sales who will generate business in West Zone that includes (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa, MP and CG). It\'s a team handling role. Need travelling to zone but stiiting location will be Mumbai.Industry- Logistics only.Budget- Upto 12 LPAQualification- Graduation (Bachelors in any stream)Age range- Upto 38-40 (Maximum)Only Male candidates are preferred who have experience in Retail sales in Logistics or Ecommerce.
