Role Summary:



As a Zonal Manager with MyGate, you will be responsible for driving real estate sales in a specific
region by connecting with developers, generating leads, and building relationships with potential
sales outlets. You will lead a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers to
ensure that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service. You will
showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills to successfully close deals, as well as
implement business development strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage a team of sales agents and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they are

successful
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local real estate market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the negotiation of sales contracts and ensure that all deals are completed in a

the timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote sales and generate leads
  • Ensure that the sales team is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations



Requirements:


  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to success
  • Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management
