Job Summary . Zonal Manager - PLCS - Growth Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Managing and supporting the effective deployment of sales team with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and respective stakeholders which primarily includes Product, Credit, Operations, Risk, Collections & RCU. Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Sales Planning and Tracking: . Take stock of the situation and discusses the plans for the day with CMs ASMs and SMs - stresses on anticipating sales challenges and working accordingly to achieve business number. . Periodic team reviews to understand various challenges faced by the team and to provide resolution. 2. Achieving Sales Performance: . Achieving business numbers with the assigned line of channels (Basis location and market potential). . Data management - FA data assigned by the product team to be tracked and ensure maximum conversion in the region. . Call Centre Leads - To ensure maximum conversion of leads allocated by Call Centre. This may also require the regional manager to change the allocation of leads amongst SMs. . To efficiently drive Channel partners to maximize the business output. . TAT: To ensure timely processing of loan file. . Effectively engage with Credit Operations & Risk teams to remove all bottlenecks thereby ensuring cases are processed swiftly without deviation / rejection. 3. Risk Management . Analyzes Portfolio Health i.e. FEMI & FST (first month second month & third month EMI) . Extending support to the Collections team by . Reduction in customer complaints & cancellation by ensuring that no miss-selling is being done. . Sales Governance through compliance of systems and processes. . Training of team below and keeping the team informed about policy product & processes changes. 4. Planning Budgeting Monitoring: . To prepare manpower projection for the region (Quarterly / Annually). . To evaluate target distribution and allocate as per market potential on an ongoing basis. 5. Organization Design and Development: . Planning for Recruitment and Hiring suitable candidates (On-roll and Off-roll) . Training Team members to increase efficiency and improve productivity. . Conducting periodic branch visits. MAJOR CHALLENGES: . Hiring right candidate. . Smooth onboarding to help settle the employee well in BFL. . Retention of On-roll & Off-roll staff. . Reduction of Customer complaints. 5. DECISIONS:. Hiring of On-roll & Off-roll staff. . Approvals by coordinating with internal stake holders eg. Clearing cases. . Target Channel & Lead allocation. . Field activity planning and closure. INTERACTIONS Required Qualifications and Experience . . Qualifications - Graduate / Post Graduate . Good command in excel is essential. . Work Experience - 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing team . Result oriented - Go getter attitude is must . Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company. . Excellent Team management & Interpersonal Skills. . Excellent command over communication skills. . Highly ambitious & self-motivated
