Reporting to the Regional Manager Corelab, you will be coming into the sales team at an opportune time to play your part in reshaping the healthcare landscape.You will be responsible for the covering Mumbai metroRole Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentResponsible for meeting with the sales budgetInteracting with customers for enhancement of businessResponsible of increasing existing business through adding new parameters / price hike / ownership transfer.Initiation of Customers retention measures by building on customer relationsCollect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business developmentResponsible to timely cater customer queries to increase business.Distribution ManagementLiase with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer ordersResponsible for raising Purchase orders and IndentResponsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockistsClarify Data ManagementUpdation of Information regarding customer visitsUpdation of Competitors informationCreation of new database and process documentationsManagement of the entire data and usage of the same for catering customersComplianceLiase with customers for IPC (Instrument Placement Contract)compliance or introduction of new assaysOthersOrganize and assist Product Mangers in conducting CME\'sWho you areBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience5+ years relevant sales or equivalent experienceParticipation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experiencePreferred Qualifications5+ years of field sales experience in the IVD, Corelab space.5+ years of experience negotiating contracts with Integrated Health Networks5+ years of experience driving revenue growth via strategic territory developmentWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
