Job Description


:Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the Asset vertical in the zone, aligned with business objectives and growth plans.Analyze hiring trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively identify talent gaps and opportunities. Overseeing the complete life cycle of an employee's positionForecast hiring needs, develop recruitment plans, and manage the recruitment budget effectively.Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve the recruitment process and managing 100% manning in all verticals .Sourcing & Screening:Source candidates through various channels, including:Job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn),Employee referrals, Campus recruitment (if applicable),Social media and professional networking platforms, Industry events and job fairsInterviewing & Assessment:Conduct interviews (both telephonic and in-person) to assess candidates' technical skills, behavioral competencies, and experience.Partner with business leaders to conduct panel interviews and make informed hiring decisions.Administer and interpret assessments as required. Manage the interview process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Offer Management & Onboarding:Extend job offers, negotiate salaries and benefits packages, and finalize the hiring process.Manage the offer process, including background verification, reference checks, and salary negotiations.Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with business leaders within the Asset vertical, understanding their staffing needs and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment on recruitment policies, processes, and best practices.Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.Position Management:Manage the entire lifecycle of a position, from requisition creation to offer acceptance and onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure accurate job descriptions.Ensure job postings are in line with company standards.Manage and track all open positions, ensuring timely updates and communication.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate records and data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant systems.Report & Analytics:Generate and analyze reports on recruitment metrics, including:Budget Vs Actual, Time-to-hire, Cost-per-hire, Offer acceptance rates, Source of hire, Application and interview volume, Candidate demographics, Quality of Hiring, Infant Attrition etc.Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform decision-making.Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including HR leadership and hiring managers.Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.Use data to track and measure the success of recruitment strategies and initiatives.Compliance and Process Improvement:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
