The person will be responsible for taking care of Zone, Telangana and AP.
- To deliver the HR strategy for the respective Zone
- To support line managers to deliver the business plan in terms of manpower
- To manage the entire gamut of employee life cycle for the particular zone
- Recruitment & hiring of manpower as per the budget
- Coordinating campus connect drive with RHR & conducting graduate trainee drive as per project.
- Analyzing manpower resource requirement
- Adherence to governance of Confirmation, Transfers, Attendance & F&F polices as per quality procedure and process.
- Ensuring all governance activities are duly updated in SAP with in timelines.
- Implementation of Performance Appraisals by ensuring adherence of policy and process within timelines.
- Completing & reporting Quarterly incentive programme as per policy and timelines.
- Compliance module completion & management as per timelines & quality.
- Initiating all disciplinary issue at hand as per policy guidelines; coordinating disciplinary action activities at region for final solutions.
- Executing all Employee Engagement & welfare activities/initiatives in the region as per monthly plan and ensuring updation of branch manager tracker.
- Initiating and developing Kaizens for continuous process improvements in the function.
- Implementing & tracking various sustainability activities driven by HO in the region.
- Implementing CSR Activities as per the CSR calendar.
- Regular branch visits for employee engagements and business requirements and employee connect.
- Reporting on HR Activities through various MIS floated by ZO & HO.
- Identifying Training gaps in coordination with TMS and ensuring adequate training to employees.
- Managing Business Relationship with the TM/AM/BM etc.
