Department: Sales (Direct)
Description:
• Appointment of Partners as per set Numbers.
• Is responsible to set targets (Primary & Secondary) & achievement of same by Sales Team & Partners to meet organizational goals.
• Review, Monitor and Guide performance of sales team & also Partners.
• Follow up on progress of achievement of sales targets by the team.
• Draw up marketing support activity plans in consultation with Business Head
• Monitor incentives as per policy & productivity of the team and identify opportunities for development.
• Follow guidelines as per Daily, Weekly and Monthly Task
• Field visits to understand customer needs, team needs.
• Field coach for team development
