Job Summary The role entails identifying business growth opportunities across the region, build direct/ channel/ new client acquisition strategies and tap growth opportunities to achieve regional targets. Responsibilities Strategy The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening for the customers of TASC (Trust, Association, Society and Club) segment comprising of Not for Profit Making Business Entities (other than Govt Departments - Central, State or Local Bodies) registered as Trusts, Societies. The role has a P&L responsibility contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives. Business Drive relationships with key clients, faster TAT and cross selling initiatives in order to increase the client base of the Region Monitor lead generation & RM sales productivity metrics to drive a high-performance sales culture across the zone Drive TASC NTB acquisition through multiple channels & team in the Zone - Branches, Dedicated TASC RM Processes Ensure quality of sourcing/ FTNR/ KYC quality Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML People & Talent Manage a team staffing - recruit/retain TASC RM & RO Ensure product & process training/ percolation to team Risk Management Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML Governance Ensure CDD, MLP & TCF diligence and adherence to operational risk controls and procedures in day-to-day sales teams management Discipline in HR and training related matters, Operational Risk Standards Zero tolerance of risk and compliance breaches. Adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practices Being measured against Governance and Operational Risk review result of responsible sales units Ensure no adverse findings in internal / external audit, governance and compliance review To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the . Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
