Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Collections Manager located in Hyderabad. The Regional Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing collections activities across designated regions, maintaining and improving the collections process and team productivity, and partnering with other functional stakeholders to boost collections performance and reduce delinquency rates.

Qualifications:

- Experience in collections and Tractor loan collection

- Ability to analyze, interpret and report collections data and metrics

- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills

- Adaptability to changing environments and demands

- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Professional certifications such as Certified Credit and Collection Manager (CCCM) or Certified Credit Executive (CCE) is a plus
