Job Title: ZOHO TECHNICIAN Company: Vidabricks Location: Remote Position Overview: As a Zoho Technician, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Zoho suite of applications. Your primary focus will be on providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of Zoho platforms across the organization. Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain various Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on Zoho platform functionalities and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and implement solutions using Zoho applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Manage data migration, backups, and security measures for Zoho applications.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and efficient utilization of Zoho tools.
• Stay updated on new Zoho releases, updates, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

* Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Zoho suite of applications, including administration, configuration, and support.
• Strong technical proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, or other Zoho products.
• Experience in customizing workflows, creating reports, and integrating Zoho applications with third-party tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Zoho certifications or relevant training is a plus.

Job Types: Temporary, Freelance Salary: From 25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
