Assist in creating marketing collateral such as case studies and user guides.Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise:- Proficient in the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Inventory).- Strong understanding of API integration and customization within Zoho. Experience:- Minimum of 3-4 years in a presales or similar role involving Zoho solutions.- Proven experience in solution design and client consultation. Communication Skills:- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
