Combined with our in-house engineering team, these resources make us a preferred choice for EPC and various sectors. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Zoho One applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Mail, Zoho Cliq etc. Customize Zoho One application to meet the specific needs of different departments and teams. Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho One and other business systems as needed. Provide ongoing training and support to employees on how to use Zoho One. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working with Zoho support as necessary. Stay updated on new features and best practices related to Zoho One and recommend enhancements or upgrades as appropriate. Requirements Proven experience in implementing and customizing Zoho One application, with Zoho certifications preferred. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into Zoho One solution. Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
