Job Description
• Customization & Configuration : Customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications to meet business requirements. Implement custom fields, forms, workflows, and reports.
• Zoho Integration : Design and implement integrations between Zoho products and third-party systems like ERP, marketing tools, and other enterprise applications.
• Automation & Scripting : Create and maintain workflows, automation rules, and scripts using Zoho Deluge scripting language for automating business processes.
• API Integration : Work with Zoho APIs for custom integrations with external systems and services.
• Zoho Reports & Dashboards : Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics for business insights.
• Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Zoho applications, ensuring they remain functional and efficient.
