:ITP Media India produces a wide range of business-to-business publications, websites, award programmes, events, conferences, directories and information services for key vertical markets in India.Its portfolio includes construction, healthcare, hospitality and more. Each of ITP India\'s offerings are dedicated to providing its audience with critical industry information and essential business insights, which in turn help organizations across the region run and grow their businesses more effectively.We are looking to onboard a Zoho developer who has at least 2 years of experience implementing Zoho products and should have hands-on experience working on Zoho Creator.As a Zoho Developer you\'ll need to:

• Implementation, customization, and administration of a suite of Zoho One applications including ZOHO CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, Projects, Desk, etc.

• Work with the support team to resolve any reported issues, track issues and provide periodic updates.

• Work experience with Zoho Creator and developing apps using it.

• Develop custom CRM features and widgets and functionalities in support of customer needs.

• Support to complete projects independently and successfully.

• Use various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers\' concerns.

• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing Zoho products.

• Good to have experience in Deluge Scripting, API Integration with Zoho Apps, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, PHP and SQL.

• Should have experience in Apps: Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk and Zoho Marketing apps.

• Should have Certifications: Zoho CRM and/or Creator (Highly Preferable)

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.

• The ability to remain professional under pressure.

• Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
