Job description

• Infrastructure Management:
• Maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage hardware/software.
• Network & Security:
• Oversee LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks; implement security protocols and conduct regular audits.
• Technical Support:
• Offer support for hardware/software issues and manage the helpdesk for efficient service.
• Data & Backup Management:
• Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Software Management:
• Manage applications, maintain software licenses, and assess new solutions.
• Policy & Compliance:
• Develop IT policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct staff training on IT best practices.
• Vendor & Project Management:
• Oversee IT vendors, manage contracts, and coordinate infra setup for new projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical: Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud services, database management, and ZOHO.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, and project management.
• Experience: Background in IT support, network administration, and IT infrastructure projects. Familiarity with ITIL is a plus.

Travel: May be required for Airport Business
