Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional with experience in Zoho Administration/ IT Admin to join our Business Operations team supporting our global Zoho platforms and IT infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Zoho CRM & Zoho Suite: Good experience with Zoho CRM customization, user management, and integration with other Zoho tools (Desk, Analytics, Campaigns).

Office 365: Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments, including user/license management, security policies, and data migration.

IT Support: Skills in ticket handling, infrastructure maintenance, and user training. Knowledge of networking and security. Experience of IT hardware management and troubleshooting for laptop, Network, Phone line, etc.

VoIP/PBX Management (this is optional but preferred): Experience in configuring and managing VoIP systems on servers, and integrating them with CRM platforms.

Communication: Good communication skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

A person who has knowledge of Zoho Platform and deluge scripting

Excellent time management and prioritization skills for a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

High standards for quality work and attention to detail

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Administration experience, specifically marketing integration applications.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
