We\'ve also built out one of the best startup teams in India, with senior Executives from Flipkart, Uber, Goldman Sachs and institutions like Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, and IIT.Your Role- Take end to end ownership from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses and building a structured analysis as per business requirements.- Develop key input and output operating metrics dashboards to monitor the health of the business.- Automating repetitive tasks and rigorously evaluating methods and output results- Evaluate data required for decisions, identify sources of appropriate data, own up to the sanity/accuracy of available data, ensure transformations for the right decision making.- Drive central business reviews and strategic cross functional projects with respect to owning all data requirements.What We\'re Looking For- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science / Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics / Finance- 3+ years in delivering analytical results- Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, MS Power BI/Looker/Superset, and MS Excel, etc.- Must be data-savvy and love crunching numbers- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights and recommendations- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)- Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others- You have demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally, and various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes.- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situationsInterview Process:Step 1: Analytical Problem Solving round with Senior Manager, duration: 45 minsThe goal of this is to understand your approach to problem-solving analytically and test technical proficiency on SQL, Visualization etc.Step 2: rigorous assessment round with AD/Director - Business Finance, duration: 45 minsThe goal of this is to understand culture fit, your approach to problem-solving and stakeholder Management.
