Manager Analytics (Finance: Controllership)

We\'re scaling up rapidly across India with operations live across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata. Your Role:

- Take ownership of business metrics end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, automating repetitive asks and rigorously evaluating methods and results

- Serve as the only source of truth for the organization owning key input and output operating metrics dashboards to monitor the health of the business and drive central business reviews

- Evaluate data required for decisions, identify sources of appropriate data, own up to the sanity/accuracy of available data, ensure transformations for the right decision making

- Support internal and external stakeholder on all data requirements for reconciliations, reporting, audit and analysis.

What We\'re Looking For:

- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in computer science / Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics / Finance

- 3+ years in delivering analytical results

- Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, MS Power BI/Looker/Superset, and MS Excel, etc.

- Must be data-savvy and love crunching numbers

- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights and recommendations

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others

- You have demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally, and various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes.

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
