Zepto is a fast-growing startup that delivers groceries in 10 minutes flat through an optimized network of dark stores that we\'re building across the country! Location - Mumbai

Role Description:

- The role works on customer buying behaviour such as buying trends, influence of pricing, discounts, promotions, sampling, and combos etc., that helps to maximise the profit.

- The person works closely with revenue team to understand the current business gaps, customer needs that helps in building the category in terms of assortment, private label etc.

- Prepares and implements the strategies to grow the category with sourcing, planning and revenue teams

- Responsible for maximising the profits and works towards meeting or exceeding the annual operating plans

- Works on closely with the sourcing team to make Zepto as a world class product excellence for fruits. This include heavy research, planning, piloting and scaling up of sustainable model for the respective product excellence throughout the supply chain

- Design and development of sustainable route map for fruits in terms of supply chain excellence, quality and pricing

- Making the customer\'s 1st preference to buy fruits on Zepto

Role Requirements:

- The demands more of sell side which requires high stakeholder management, program management, persuasion skills, data driven decision making skill in super paced environment

- Hefty communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, Excel, strong analytical skills, ability to work independently.

- Able to formulate strategies and presentations based on customer data and trend analysis to formulate target customer groups

- Designed and developed strategic initiatives from scratch to scaling up that yielded the f&V vertical growth

- A track record of effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal guidance

- Exceptional organizational skills, both written and verbal communication prowess.

- Strong enthusiasm for and comprehension of internet and e-commerce business, with previous marketplace experience being advantageous.

- MBA from tier-1 college, having 6-8+ years of relevant experience in F&V industry
