Job Duties and Responsibilities * Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and version control.
• Monitor cloud performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Address incidents and service requests using enterprise-grade ticketing tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure efficient cloud resource utilization.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Provide input on architecture and design decisions to improve system scalability and performance.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures for seamless team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• 5+ years in cloud operations, with at least 3 years in Terraform, AKS, and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Experience managing and resolving tickets in any industry-standard ticketing tool.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools for cloud performance management.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration best practices.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and disaster recovery planning.
