Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled YouTube SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, content optimization techniques, and video posting strategies. You will be responsible for conducting relevant keyword research, optimizing video metadata, and ensuring maximum visibility of our YouTube videos.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Video Posting:

Upload and manage videos on the company's YouTube channel. Ensure that all video files are correctly formatted and adhere to company guidelines. Maintain an organized upload schedule for consistent content release.

Keyword Research:

Conduct extensive keyword research to find the best keywords and phrases for video content. Identify trending topics, phrases, and niche keywords relevant to the target audience. Use tools like Google Trends, YouTube Keyword Tool, and other SEO tools to optimize video searchability.

On-Page SEO Optimization:

Create optimized video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search rankings. Write engaging and SEO-friendly video descriptions and title tags. Optimize metadata including thumbnails, annotations, and closed captions for better discoverability. Utilize YouTube Analytics to track performance and adjust optimization strategies accordingly.

Content Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the content team to develop a YouTube video strategy aimed at increasing views and engagement. Analyze competitors and industry leaders to refine strategies and enhance content performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

Regularly monitor YouTube channel analytics to track performance metrics like views, engagement rates, and growth. Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for improving video content strategy.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in YouTube SEO, video optimization, and content strategy. Familiarity with video uploading and content management systems (CMS).

Skills:

Strong knowledge of YouTube's SEO practices and algorithms. Proficiency in keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, TubeBuddy, or VidIQ. Ability to create compelling titles, descriptions, and tags. Experience using YouTube Analytics to track and analyze video performance.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Additional Skills:

Creative mindset for optimizing video content. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
