Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic YouTube Presenter or Video Jockey (VJ) to be the on-camera personality for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will engage viewers with compelling content, present ideas creatively, and help grow our channel audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Hosting and Presenting:

• Act as the face and voice of the channel, hosting various video formats (e.g., tutorials, interviews, reviews, or entertainment content).
• Deliver engaging, natural, and professional on-camera performances.
• Content Creation and Planning:
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to brainstorm, plan, and script video ideas.
• Ensure all presentations align with the channel's tone and objectives.
• Audience Interaction:
• Engage with the audience through live streams, video comments, and other interactive platforms.
• Build a strong rapport with the community to enhance viewer loyalty.
• Production Collaboration:
• Work closely with videographers, editors, and producers to ensure high-quality video production.
• Contribute to the direction and styling of shoots to enhance viewer experience.
• Trend Awareness:
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, audience preferences, and content innovations.
• Adapt hosting style and content formats based on analytics and feedback.

Requirements:

• On-Camera Skills:
• Strong stage presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt tone, humor, and energy to suit different video genres.
• Creativity:
• A creative mindset with the ability to pitch fresh ideas.
• Passion for storytelling and presenting in an entertaining manner.
• Experience:
• Previous experience as a presenter, video jockey, or YouTuber is a plus.
• Comfort in hosting live sessions and adapting to unscripted scenarios.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of video production processes.
• Familiarity with YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement strategies is an advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
