Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop, plan, and produce high-quality video content for our YouTube channel.
• Collaborate with the team to generate fresh ideas and concepts for videos.
• Write scripts, storyboard, and plan video shoots.
• Video Production and Editing:
• Handle all aspects of video production, including filming, lighting, and sound recording.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Incorporate graphics, special effects, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.
• Podcast Production:
• Assist in the production of podcasts, including recording, editing, and publishing episodes.
• Ensure high audio quality and seamless integration of podcast elements.
• Media Handling and Interviews:
• Handle media inquiries and coordinate interviews for channel content.
• Conduct on-camera interviews with guests, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation.
• Edit interview footage to create compelling content segments.
• Channel Management:
• Manage and upload videos to the YouTube channel, ensuring content is optimized for audience engagement.
• Monitor and respond to viewer comments and feedback.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase viewership and engagement.
• Collaboration and Innovation:
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to align video content with overall brand strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies to improve content quality.
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and differentiate our video content.
• Platform Optimization: Optimize videos for YouTube, ensuring proper use of metadata, keywords, thumbnails, annotations, and end screens to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Brand Integration: Ensure that all video content aligns with and reinforces the brand's values, voice, and visual identity. Incorporate brand elements seamlessly into videos to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve content performance and subscriber growth.
• Audience Engagement: Implement strategies to increase viewer retention, watch time, and interaction through engaging content, calls to action, and creative storytelling.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proof videos for errors, ensuring the final product meets quality standards and is free of technical issues.
• Content Calendar Management: Assist in planning and maintaining a consistent upload schedule that aligns with the channel's content strategy.
• Analytics Monitoring: Utilize YouTube Analytics to assess video performance, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve future content.
• Brand Awareness Campaigns: Develop and execute video content strategies that drive brand awareness and recognition across YouTube and other social media platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, with a focus on YouTube content.
• Male candidates only.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube's platform, including SEO, algorithm, and audience engagement techniques.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition tailored to YouTube audiences.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to spot and correct errors in video content.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of YouTube video editing projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,815.11 - ?35,656.42 per month
