- Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for ARULA\'s YouTube channel.
- Produce high-quality video content, including therapy plan overviews, educational series, interviews, testimonials, and success stories.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligns with ARULA\xe2\x80\x99s brand voice and mission.
- Video Production:
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit videos independently or with a team.
- Utilize video production equipment and editing software to create polished and professional videos.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video quality.
- Channel Management:
- Upload and manage video content on ARULA\xe2\x80\x99s YouTube channel.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, viewer engagement, and feedback to continually improve content.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other stakeholders to gather content ideas and feature relevant stories and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools for content creation and video marketing.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with the YouTube community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions.
- Promote videos across other social media platforms and ARULA\xe2\x80\x99s website to maximize reach and impact.
- Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Excellent storytelling, scripting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for YouTube.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for supporting families and children with autism is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with autism therapy practices and terminology is a plus.
