Job title: Youth Programme Manager

Reporting to: Director

Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working days: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, 10 am to 5 pm on 2 Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications:

? Graduate/Postgraduate in psychology/management/engineering/media & management
? Minimum 2-3 years experience in team management

Role Summary:

The Youth Programme Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership to the Youth team while driving the Udaan objectives. This is a unique opportunity to inspire and skill youth, who are the biggest demographic dividend of our country. Join us to skill youth and build a new India!

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Programme Management

Lead innovation in the Youth programmes by collaborating with partners on offering unique learning opportunities for youth

Support design, planning and management of the "Last mile" that includes Computer literacy, Spoken English, Life/Soft skills, mentoring, coding and scholarships and youth engagement programmes.

Create and liaison with a think tank to enhance Udaan's objectives

Actively seek new corporate partnerships and create grants and proposals for potential partners

Lead corporate relationships, and consistently innovate to grow employee engagements

Manage programme objectives implementation on a daily basis with programme officers

Provide leadership for all co-scholastic events and activities across Youth programmes

Lead/ oversee volunteer management in Youth programmes

Provide quarterly updates to corporates by creating impact reports across programmes

2. Monitoring and Evaluation

Track NEET, employment and social mobility of youth

Supervise maintenance of programme data/files as per prescribed M&E guidelines.

Analyse programme data to create monthly/quarterly impact reports with quantitative and qualitative data for each of the programmes.

Bi-annual evaluation of programme cycles to take active steps to reach defined goals.

Make regular classroom observations across programmes to assess student-teacher interaction, student engagement and curriculum effectiveness and address any challenges.

3. Stakeholder Management

Develop effective stakeholder management strategies to enhance impact of the programmes

Support in improving and creating content of marketing collaterals -. annual report, website for effective stakeholder communication

Lead social media management for Youth programmes at Udaan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?650,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per year
