Expectations/Deliverables: Nurture and identify suitable members for the formation of the Youth AdvisoryGroup (YAG) who possess the necessary skills, passion, and commitment toeffectively contribute towards the objectives in the PMC and PCMC regions,respectively. Support in proposal development and project management of each of the YIFmember To develop and implement programs and workshops for youth. This includesproviding leadership and training to members of the Youth Advisory Group(YAG). The aim is to foster a vibrant YAG that is deeply involved in issues relatedto youth livelihoods and can offer valuable insights on actions for change, Monitoring program activities, and submitting detailed program notes of YAGYIF projects. conduction of YAG meetings twice a month and ensure participation of all YAGmembers in global meetings. Organize regular training sessions for YAG members to deepen theirunderstanding of Youth and build Youths capacity to advocate for their issues invarious forums including Working Groups, MSAG, workshops, and advocacyforums. Might have to travel in city, national, and international forums to represent YAG Facilitate YAG and YIF member's participation in various activities hosted by theproject across the organization and external platforms as well Data collection, organization, and integration, as a part of Data Management. Maintain records of activities, attendance, and progress. Track and documentdetailed notes, photos, and other relevant information.Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, and Professional Background: Strong commitment to the cause of Youth as seen from their past work. graduate/postgraduate/fresher who has a strong passion towards workingwith youth movement or a minimum of 1 year working/ engaging with youth.Internships if they have done in youth based organization.
