Position: Yoga Trainer

Responsibilities:

- Conduct group and individual yoga sessions tailored to clients' needs and fitness levels.

- Develop personalized yoga programs, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques.

- Provide modifications and variations to accommodate clients with different abilities and health conditions.

- Promote a safe and supportive environment, ensuring correct posture and alignment during sessions.

- Educate clients on the benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices.

- Monitor clients' progress and provide feedback and encouragement.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with the latest yoga practices and trends.

Qualifications:

- Certified Yoga Instructor with a training from recognized institution.

- Fresher or 1-3 years of experience teaching yoga in a group or individual setting.

- Understanding of various yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga) and their applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt classes to suit different fitness levels and abilities.

- Passion for health and wellness.

- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to yoga.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with special populations (e.g., prenatal yoga, yoga for seniors).

- Background in fitness or other wellness disciplines.

- Ability to conduct virtual yoga classes.

- Knowledge of nutrition and holistic wellness.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
