As a Yoga Trainer at Cult.Fit, you will be responsible for leading yoga classes and providing one-on-one instruction to our members. You will be a vital part of our fitness team, working to help our members achieve their health and wellness goals through the practice of yoga.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group yoga classes of varying levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced
- Provide personalized yoga instruction to members based on their individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper alignment and technique to ensure the safe and effective practice of yoga
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members
- Help members set and achieve their yoga and fitness goals
- Stay current on industry trends and continually enhance your own knowledge and skills
- Assist in promoting yoga classes and events to attract and retain members
- Collaborate with other fitness trainers and staff to create a holistic and comprehensive wellness experience for our members
Qualifications:
- Certified yoga instructor with a minimum of 200 hours of training from a recognized institution
- Strong background and expertise in various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Restorative
- Ability to effectively communicate and connect with members of all fitness levels and ages
- Passionate about health and wellness, and dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience teaching yoga in a group setting is preferred, but not required
