We are a Bangalore based health-food brand. We are one of the most recognised health-food brands in the country.We are also the largest digital-first, health-food brand out there.

:

- Be the bridge between sales and operations teams

- Work with NPI team to ensure timely and successful launch of new products

- Coordinate with sales and op steams to ensure healthy inventory levels

- Own the sales metric: Push sales team to ensure that the category targets are met on all channels

- Formulate the spend strategy and track ROI. Channel/SKU wise budgets

- Establish the pricing calendar and channel-wise promos with the sales team

- Define the communication strategy and create the right content/assets

- Drive awareness and engagement for their respective categories through:

- Influencer marketing: Youtube and Instagram

- Work with creative team to ensure Instagram and Linkedin updates are regular

- Drive the agencies/internal teams to execute - Offline partnerships and activations

- Execute BTL and in-store activations, PR activities

- Ensure that we keep improving our communication and ensure all channels have the latest creatives, communication.

- Review performance marketing campaigns and fine-tune our communication basis this.

- Insights

- Track market-share and have in-depth understanding of the market

- Speak with customers to get feedback on products

- Track competitor changes on pricing, new-launches, reviews etc.
