Rishibhumi is a premier Naturopathy Resort center dedicated to promoting holistic health and well-being through natural and alternative therapies.
Job Purpose :
To lead and deliver high-quality yoga sessions that align with Rishibhumi's philosophy of holistic health and well-being, fostering physical, mental, and emotional wellness for guests. The " Yoga Acharya" will also collaborate with the naturopathy and Ayurveda teams to create personalized wellness plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Yoga Instruction:
• Conduct daily yoga sessions, including Asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation, tailored to guests' needs.
• Teach specialized classes, such as therapeutic yoga for specific ailments or goals.
• Ensure sessions adhere to Rishibhumi's standards and values, promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
2. Wellness Integration:
• Collaborate with naturopathy and Ayurveda teams to design integrated wellness plans.
• Offer personalized guidance to guests based on their health conditions, fitness levels, and wellness objectives.
3. Guest Engagement:
• Provide consultations to assess guests' yoga proficiency, goals, and areas of improvement.
• Educate guests about the benefits of yoga as a part of holistic healing and well-being.
• Address guest queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
4. Program Development:
• Develop and enhance yoga programs, workshops, and retreats in line with Rishibhumi's mission.
• Create innovative session formats that blend yoga with naturopathy principles.
5. Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of guest participation and feedback.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to schedule sessions and manage class logistics.
• Ensure yoga spaces are well-maintained, clean, and organized.
6. Training & Development:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in yoga and wellness.
• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Certification as a Yoga Acharya or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in teaching yoga, with a focus on therapeutic and holistic practices.
• Deep understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and physiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary wellness teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Naggar, Manali.
• Flexibility to work in all weather conditions.
