Responsibilities and Duties- The responsibilities include but are not limited to Sales, Marketing, Team Handling, Client Servicing etc.- Make marketing strategies and execute.- Achieve the Financial goals set by the company.- Follow-up and coordination with a team of other branches for day-to-day operations.- Plan and execute business strategies.- Creating and publishing various reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.- Analyse the training needs of the team and execute the same.- Handling internal and external stakeholders.- Resolve the issues related to clients.- Ensure a smooth day-to-day schedule in the studio.- Act as guide, leader and mentor for the team.About the Company:- Yasmin Karachiwala - the "Pioneer of Pilates" in India - established YKBI in 2009, founding the first exclusive Pilates Studio in India.
