JD FOR Sr.PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER :
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and analyzing data to maximize ROI. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Digital Advertising Campaigns:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- In depth knowledge of campaign strategies, hacks to achieve greater ROAS at optimum CAC
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and ad creatives to ensure cost-effective acquisition of leads or customers.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for optimal performance.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement CRO strategies, including A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and user experience enhancements.
2) Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Keyword and Market Research :
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support :
- Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives that align with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure landing pages and website content are optimized for conversions.
- Coordinate with other marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment across campaigns.
3) Budget Management :
- Manage the performance marketing budget effectively and allocate resources based on campaign priorities and ROI.
4) Testing and Experimentation :
- Continuously test and experiment with new advertising channels, ad formats, and targeting options to drive growth.
5) Qualifications :
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience.
- Hands on experience on adwords, Meta & other tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
