: Yarn Sales Representative

Location: Surat

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional in Viscose Filament Yarn Marketing & Sales to lead our Sales efforts in Surat. This role involves overseeing all Sales activities, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Lead and manage overall Sales activities in the Assign region.

Develop and execute strategic Sales plans to drive business growth.

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and market trends.

Business Development:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through direct selling and established networks.

Develop and implement market development strategies to expand our customer base.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Engage with customers through meetings, phone calls, and emails to understand their needs and requirements.

Provide personalized product presentations tailored to customer specifications.

Technical Support and Customer Service:

Offer technical support to customers, addressing all issues related to product implementation and post-sales support.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and effectively.

Products presentation & understanding requirements of customer.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

Additional Responsibilities:

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our products.

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in Viscose Filament Yarn Sales & Marketing.

Strong understanding of market dynamics in the textile industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
