Job Title: Yarn Incharge Job Type: Full-time Experience : 1-2 years Salary: up to 35K Location: Surat : We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Yarn Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the textile industry. As a Yarn Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the yarn production process, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the yarn production process, including procurement, spinning, and winding.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of yarn.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Conduct quality checks on yarn to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor new employees on yarn production processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and quality control, to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports on production activities.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Yarn Incharge or a similar role in the textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of yarn production processes and machinery.
• Familiarity with different types of yarn and their specifications.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: Up to 420,000.00 per year Schedule:
