Technical Skill set Required:
Domain Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Strong understanding of the ERP - Infor XA (previously called Mapics)
Should have excellent understanding of following Infor XA Module - CAS , EPDM/PDM, IM , MRP , PUR, PMC & PCC
Infor XA Powerlink knowledge
Infor XA Link Manager Knowledge
Infor XA System Link Experience
Infor XA Client link knowledge
Expertise in PCM upgrades and PTF installations will be added advantage
AS400/RPGLE/SQL knowledge
Experience in job schedulers available in AS400/iSeries system.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering
Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
Strong programming and debugging skills
Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
Relevant certifications or training a plus
