:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10The Role: WSO Senior Specialist, Product SupportThe Team: The Wall Street Offices (WSO) Product Support team is responsible for assisting technical and business professionals with the IHS Markit WSO product suite. This role requires daily interaction with clients, assisting with usability questions, troubleshooting, and providing installation and configuration assistance for the IHS Markit WSO product suite.
