  • Accurately update existing and/or create new business documentation/SOPs based on business partner requirements
  • Perform content review of existing documentation to improve/elevate usability of the document
  • Communicate and work with business partner for clarification/sign-off on all documentation
  • Publish/post documentation to appropriate repository
  • Understand and consistently apply documentation consistency standards to all documents
  • Convert document to required templates
  • Review & write documentation (SOP/PIs) for clarity, content, and consistency with established department standards and ensure compliance with business rules
  • Key KRA will be Measurement & Evaluation of training, quality & processing speed
  • Collaborate with Senior Documentation staff and/or business partners for instruction, guidance, or direction
  • Proactively manage task assignments or documentation projects to due dates, and report status
  • Facilitate small to mid-size documentation efforts
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to review, resolve conflict with, and/or approve documentation, and report status
  • Negotiating solutions, resolving conflicts and anticipating/handling critical situations
  • Make recommendations for content/format improvements/optimization
  • Make recommendations for department or business partner process improvements/optimization
  • Perform research required to update/develop documentation
  • Publish documentation according to established protocol
  • Assist leadership with business issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed established business MBOs of quality and speed to delivery

  • Facilitates inventory assignment for the team
  • Helps with project coordination efforts
  • Acts as a mentor for new hires
  • Quality Audit new hires and provide support
  • Enables staff members to find relevant knowledge and information
  • Undertakes knowledge analysis and evaluation
  • Uses most appropriate mix of knowledge and information sources
  • Delivers relevant knowledge and information in most appropriate form
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have developing/ Intermediate level of technical writing experience required (Policy and Procedure Documentation or Standard Operating Procedures, User Manuals, etc.)
  • Developing/ Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft applications:
    • MSWORD
    • MSEXCEL
    • VISIO
  • Must have Developing/ Intermediate experience with HTML, Dreamweaver
  • Must have good proficiency in English Grammar
  • Experience of working in Grammarly Tool
Soft skills:
  • Solid negotiation, influencing and analytical skills
  • Proven excellent change management skills
  • Proven excellent written and spoken communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • BA in English or another communications-based program
  • Technical Communications/Writing Course
  • Process Specific Skills:
  • Instructional Writing Experience will be
    • SOPs
    • Job Aids
    • Policies and Procedures
  • Familiarity with APA Writing Guidelines
  • Experience of working with US based clients
  • Mentoring/Coaching Skills
