JOB SUMMARY: As W riter , Content you will draft compelling, dynamic content that captures the attention and interest of our customer\'s target audiences. We are looking for a talented, multifaceted team player with an energy to writ e, enjoys researching, analyzing information, problem-solving and is skilled at communicating ideas in writing. You must also possess experience in creating content across multiple platforms and formats for the B2B market. If you are a natural storyteller with a knack for communicating clear, concise, and compelling messages , you are the perfefct fit for this position! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, write, edit and publish compelling content through a variety of mediums like blogs, landing pages, infographics, webinars, direct mail, etc Translate marketing analytics into meaningful content edits, updates or improvements Work with Manager to determine best content strategy for all marketing campaigns Take complex ideas and concepts and translate them to relatable and actionable copy for target audiences on all marketing channels Work with the Account Managers and Customers to develop content strategies that align with their business goals Produce persona-based content for various stages of the funnel, including eBooks, white papers, case studies, live webinars, guides, videos, etc. Propose and promote writing standards, and actively participate in creating mechanisms to scale best writing practices Manage multiple projects simultaneously; stay abreast of changing priorities and possess the flexibility to jump from one project to the other with ease Maintain accurate and precise grammar including spelling, and punctuations; know when to elaborate and when to simplify the content based on the campaign Manage and grow a results-driven team of content marketers by providing them with guidance and editorial feedback Regularly produce various content types including personalized email, prospect nurture communication, landing pages, etc for white papers, reports, infographics & webinars based on the marketing campaign requirement SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS : A Bachelors or Masters with majors in Communications, Marketing, Media & Journalism, English, or related field 2+ years experience in reporting, blogging, interviewing, fact-checking, copyediting and posting on all digital channels Must have hands-on experience in content marketing (or publishing) and a proven track record of managing social and online communities Should have knowledge of deploying content management systems across interactive platforms Impeccable attention to detail, exceptional writing skills Must be able to communicate difficult-to-understand concepts to tell a powerful story leveraging narrative, graphics and/or video Capacity to balance, prioritize and deliver excellent result under tight deadlines Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Our Values: Lead & Learn We lead with unrivaled vision, innovation and execution, always learning and embracing new ways of doing things to stay out in front Collaborate & Celebrate We build great things when we work together as one Anteriad team, celebrating our achievements - both great and small - along the way Innovate & Inspire We are always looking for bold new ways to exceed the expectations of our customers and to inspire each other to even greater success Do More & Do Good We go above and beyond in the service of our clients and colleagues, and the communities where we live
