Responsibilities : - Collect and analyze market data- Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits- Determine the best media outlet mix for the OOH campaigns- Allocate budgets and monitor costs- Follow media trends of online and offline outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs)- Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaignsSkills:- Proven experience as a Media Planner & Buying; experience in outdoor media is preferred- Broad knowledge of all outdoor media.- Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying- Working knowledge of analytics tools- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- An analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math- Strong decision-making skills- Negotiation skillsQualification and Experience Requirements: - Meeting clients with the sales team to understand their needs and agree a brief.- Carrying out qualitative and quantitative research into audience needs, preferences and behavior.- Building and maintaining relationships with Clients & Vendors, creative professionals and media companies. - Producing and presenting financial and media plans and forecasts.- Talking clients through recommendations, budgets and schedules, and responding to queries.- Liaising with clients, consumers and advertising staff.- Creating documents to support proposals, such as briefs and presentations.- Checking the quality of documents - for example, proofreading them and reviewing drafts.- Monitoring and evaluating campaigns\' success.- Identifying and understanding target audiences- Determining the most effective media mix to display ads- Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating media campaigns and strategiesExperience : 6 years to 7 yearsWorking Days : Monday - Friday Working Timings : 9:30am - 6:30 pm (Flexible) Position Type : Onsite (ref:updazz.com)
