Job Title: Workshop Supervisor
Location: Samalkha, Panipat
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in mechanical
Years of Experience: 2-3 years (In fabrication industry )
Salary Package: 14000-20000
Required Skills:
1. Technically efficient
2. Knowledge of Technical drawings
3. Experience in MS & SS Fabrication
4. Good in Time Mgmt and problem solving
Job Responsibility:
1. Manage the workshop production and efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are manufactured within specified time frame.
2. Identify any stock requirements and communicate to management.
3. Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with processes, completing all necessary documentation and submitting to office.
4. Train and motivate employees to achieve targets.
