Key Responsibilities
• Workshop Management: Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the two-wheeler workshop to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
• Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
• Service Quality Control: Oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing of two-wheelers, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines and quality standards.
• Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, provide updates on vehicle status, and ensure customer satisfaction with services provided.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables; ensure timely procurement and optimal inventory control.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain records of work completed, including service reports, job cards, and employee performance evaluations.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and guidance to mechanics in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the workshop.
