Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ATS Lane Incharge to manage operations at our Automated Testing Centre (ATS). The ATS Lane Incharge will oversee the automated testing processes, ensure adherence to testing protocols, and maintain efficiency and quality standards within the testing lanes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
• Supervise and coordinate activities within the ATS lanes to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor and manage the flow of vehicles through the automated testing process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during testing procedures.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with testing protocols and standards set by regulatory bodies.
• Conduct periodic checks and audits to verify accuracy and reliability of testing results.
• To ensure zero breakdowns.
• Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Provide guidance and training to ATS lane operators and technicians.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage resources effectively to optimize lane performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• ITI Diploma in motor mechanics or mechanical or automobile or electrical stream with minimum two to three years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance from any recognized organisation or institute.
• IT Savviness
• In-depth knowledge of automobile workshop or relevant jobs.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational needs.
